Slow Cooked Beer and Brats Chowder

Ingredients
1 12 oz package bratwursts, chopped into one inch pieces1 cup chopped onion1/4 cup minced garlic2 medium potatoes, chopped1 12 oz can light beer4 cups low sodium beef broth1 12 oz can fat free evaporated milk
Directions
In a large pan, cook the chopped bratwurst, onions and garlic. Place in a slow cooker, along with the rest of the ingredients. Cook on low for eight hours or high for four hours.
