I use frozen fruits just because they store easily for a long time but obviously, fresh fruit works just as well.Cherries about 1/2 cupStrawberries about 1/2 cupBanana 1 mediumProtein powder 1 scoop (about 30 grams)2% milk 1/4 cupIce

Blend on high until smooth.
