Vegan Buckeyes

Ingredients
3/4 cup natural peanut butter1-1/4 cup powdered sugar1/4 cup dairy-free buttery spread1/2 tsp vanilla extract1/2 package chocolate chips (6 oz)
Directions
Mix the peanut butter, sugar, butter and vanilla until semi-dry and crumbly. Shape into 1/2 balls.
Melt the chocolate (in microwave: melt for 30 seconds, stir, heat another 30 and stir (1 minute total)).
Dip the balls into the melted chocolate, leaving the top of the balls uncovered (for the buckeye look).
Place balls on wax paper lined pan(s) and refrigerate until set.
