Banana-oatmeal snack

Ingredients
Ingredients:250 gr. oatmeal50 gr. walnuts60 gr. dates2 banana45 gr. chocolate, 90%20 gr. cane sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 vanilla podpinch of salt
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 180° C.
2. Chop finely dates, nuts (I used walnuts and dates, but can use also another nuts and/or dried fruits) and chocolate.
3. Mix together all dry ingredients, add 1 vanilla pod and a pinch of salt and mashed banana.
4. Line baking pan (25x25cm) with baking paper.
5. Bake for 30 minutes

Makes 12 pieces of snack.
