Tuna Cassarole

Ingredients
Egg Noodles, 32 ounce package. Makes 8 cups boiled noodles.Boil in salted rapid boiling water till aldente.Combine and chop while boiling noodles.Parsley,fresh-1 CupCelery, raw- 1 CupShallots 2 lg bulbs mincedGarlic, fresh clove mincedAdd the Tuna. Remove from heat and combine:Mayonnaise 1/2 CupCooking Creme-10 oz pkgIn Medium bowl blend and top noodle and fresh spices mixture with:Panko Bread Crumbs- 1/2 CupMedium Cheddar Cheese- 1 Cup
Directions
Boil the egg noodles in salted rapid boiling water until aldente. Meanwhile, mince the shallots and cloves and chop the parsley and celery and combine in saute pan. Saute for 5 minutes or until soft yet still with some crunch from the celery. Add drained Tuna into the mix and remove from heat and combine in the mayonaise and the cooking creme. Drain the egg noodles and place into a 9x13 baking dish and combine with mixture well. Lastly, combine cheese and panko in a medium bowl and then toss to blend together and cover and smoother the cassarole. Place in oven on broil "Lo" just until cheese is melted and panko light golden brown. Serve warm.
