Ingredients
Eggplant 1 package mushrooms1 med onion3 cloves garlic mincedolive oil
Directions
Cut up veggies and place in baking dish. pour oil over them and sprikle with your favorite spices. Add garlic and cook covered at 350 for about 20-30 minutes
