Ingredients
3 lbs Pork Tenderloin1 Medium Gala Apple2 Tbsp Sage2 Med. Shallots3 Cloves GarlicParsley, 1 Cup Chopped
Directions
Top the pork tenderloin with all the ingredients in a 9x13 baking dish and cook for 1hr @ 375 degrees. Baste in btwn with juices to keep meat moist and tender.
