Power Turkey Chili on Rice

Ingredients
1 -1.5 lbs of Ground Turkey2- Cans of Rotel Diced Tomotoes & Green Chiles1-15 oz Can of Bush's Black Beans (drained and rinsed)1-15.25 oz. of Green Giant 50% Less Sodium Whole Kernel Sweet Corn1-package McCormick Original Chili Seasoning Mix1 tablespoon Ground Flax Seed1 -8 oz can of V81-8 oz. can of Tomato sauce (optional)1 cup of rice (optional)
Directions
1. Brown Turkey in a medium sized-Skillet with cover

2. Add everything else, but the rice and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.

3. Serve alone or over rice.
