Green Smoothie with fruit and protein powder

2 cups waterbanana1 scoop protein powderfrozen blueberriesfrozen blackberries2 cups fresh kale and or fresh spinach leaves(any fruit you want to add)1/2 c plain greek yogurt1 tbsp flaxseed
Add water to blender or smoothie maker, add kale first, as blending add, protein powder, flax seed, then fruit any fruit you want to use and the yogurt . To make colder add some ice cubes and blend til smooth. Pour and enjoy.
