Weight Watchers Buffalo Chicken Fingers (kid-friendly)

Ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breast, 16 oz1/2 tsp Paprika1/2 tsp Salt2 tbsp Light Margarine1 tsp Red Hot (or however much you like)
Directions
Cut chicken into strips or bite size pieces. Lay on a plate and sprinkle with paprika & salt. Add cooking spray to skillet and brown all the chicken until done. Then add margarine & hot sauce. Add more sauce if you like it hotter. Serve with bleu cheese & celery.
