2 egg Ham and Mushroom Omelette

2 eggsSalt and PepperMixed HerbsMushroomGarlicSlice of Ham chopped upspot of milkspot of olive oil for cooking
Turn on the grill
Add sliced mushrooms to frying pan and cook add the garlic
When all cooked take from the pan and leave for later
Add a spot of oil to the pan and turn the heat up get the frying pan really hot.
Beat the eggs add the the salt pepper and herbs and beat again.
Add a spot of milk and beat
Add the mixture to the pan and stir a bit.
Turn the pan down to low
Leave the egg to start to set and work the edge of the pan to try and stop it sticking
Add the mushrooms and ham on top and then pop under the grill (should help to make the omelette lift)
When filling warm serve up
