Chicken Chasseur

Ingredients
200g chicken breast raw in 2 pieces200g tomatoes chopped1tbs tomato puree1 onion chopped1 clove garlic crushed100g mushrooms sliced2 medium carrots sliced1 tbs parsley chopped
Directions
Brown chicken in for 3 mins each side and keep warm. Saute onions and garlic for 3 mins, then add mushrooms and saute for further 3 mins. Add all other ingredients and chicken and bring to boil then simmer, covered for 30 mins or until chicken is cooked. Remove lid for last 10 mins to thicken sauce.
