Onions, raw, .25 cup, choppedGinger Root, 1/8 cup, gratedGarlic, 1 tbsp, mincedCabbage, 1/2 large head, choppedCarrots, raw, 1 cup, sliced thinlyGreen Beans, frozen, 1 cupGrouper or other firm white fish, 20 oz, cut in 1/2" piecessiracha chili sauce, 1 tspGaram Masala, 2 tbspMadras Curry powder, 2 tbspCardamom, ground, .5 tbspTumeric ground, .5 tspSalt, 1 tbspLime Juice, 2 tbspCoconut Milk, 14 oz (1.75 cup)Water, 2 cupsCooking Spray (Pam)
Spray pot with cooking spray. Add all VEGETABLES and FISH. Mix SPICES with WATER, add to pan with remaining ingredients. Bring to boil, reduce heat to simmer. Cover, cook 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in non-fat GREEK YOGURT if desired.
