quick beef and broccoli stir fry

Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, 8 oz (cut into strips) Garlic, 3 cloves (minced)Ginger, ground, 1 tbsp *Soy Sauce, 6 tbsp Pepper, black, 1 dash 2 heads of broccoli florets only
Directions
-spray a non stick skillet or wok with cooking spray
-brown the minced garlic for a few seconds or until you start to smell it
- add the beef strips and soy sauce and brown until cooked through
- remove the beef mixture and add the broccoli, stir fry for a few minutes and then cover until broccoli is a bright green and a bit crunchy.
-sprinkle with ground ginger, salt, and pepper and mix well
-add the beef and cook for an additional 2 or 3 minutes.
