Crock Pot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 whole chicken breasts - bone and skin removed1 can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup salsa1.5 cup frozen corn kernels1/2 cup reduced fat sour creamTaco Seasoning (not included in calculations as I make a salt free version)
Directions
Place chicken in slow cooker and sprinkle with taco seasoning.
Dump in corn
Mix soup and salsa and pour over top.
Cook on low 6-8 hours
Shred chicken and mix in sour cream.
