chicken and swiss chard soup

Ingredients
1 C. chopped onion3 cloves garlic, minced2 1/2 C.. mushrooms, quartered5 C. swiss chard, chopped1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil1 1/2 C. brown rice, cooked16 oz chicken tenders, chopped
Directions
1. Heat 1 Tbsp olive oil in dutch oven or large pan. Brown chicken. Remove from pan
2. Heat 1/2 tbsp olive oil and saute mushrooms for 2-3 minutes. Add onions and garlic, saute for 4 minutes.
3. Add remaining ingredients, except rice, to pan and bring to low boil.
4. Lower heat, cover and cook 15 minutes.
5. Add rice and cook 5 minutes longer.
