Assorted Muffins: Apple, Cinnamon or Caramel (made with applesauce)

Ingredients
Milk, 2%, 1 cup Egg, fresh, 2 large Granulated Sugar, 1 cup Flour, white, 3 cup Motts unsweetened Applesauce, 4 oz Kosher Salt, 1 tsp Baking Powder, 4 tsp Pampered Chef Sprinkles, 10.50 tsp
Directions
Mix egg, milk & applesauce (blend together well)

Mix all dry ingredients in another bowl.

Fold in ingredients with a large spoon-mix "ONLY" until all moist & together. (DO NOT OVER BLEND)
*if you over blend they well get heavy when cooked*

Scoop mixture 1/2 way up in cupcake pan.
sprinkle 1/2 tsp in middle (leave a little bit to put on top)-then scoop a small spoon full on top of the sprinkle & add sprinkle that you saved to the top. (So all sprinkles should = 1/2 tsp. per muffin)

***You decide which sprinkle to put in. I usually make 8 apple, 7 cinnamon & 6 caramel***

Cook at 400 degrees for 20 min.

Let cool
