Egg Salad4 Hardboiled Eggs (discard 3 yolks), finely chopped1 Tbsp Milk, or fat free RanchSquirt of Mustard a few drops vinegarSalt and Pepper to tasteLettuce leaves (or make a tossed salad for your veggies), optional
Directions
Mix everything up as desired and serve over lettuce leaves or use as the dressing for a tossed salad.
