Sauteed Kale (or any greens) with garlic and onion

Ingredients
1 lb fresh kale1/4 c. olive oil2 cloves fresh garlic, minced1 small onion, diced
Directions
Parboil kale in salted water. Sautee onion in olive oil on medium heat until translucent, add garlic for about 30 seconds, and then add kale. Sautee until it is to consistency of your liking.
