8 baby carrots1 fresh banana (frozen)4 tblsp plain or vanilla yogurt1 tblsp vanilla protein powder1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp ginger 1/2 tsp molasses1/2 tsp sugar1 tblsp chopped dates1/2 oz glazed walnuts
Directions
blend all in blender or food processor, garnish with glazed walnuts and coconut if desired
