1/2 Cup of Milk (in the nutritional calculations above, I used 2% milk)1 Medium Banana1 6oz Container of Dannon Blueberry Fruit on the Bottom Yogurt1 tsp Vanilla Extract3-4 Ice Cubes
Combine all the ingredients into a blender. Blend for about 30 seconds on a medium speed, or until the mixture has become smooth.
To add more froth to the smoothie, simply blend for an extra 10 seconds on high. The added froth has been proven to help keep you full longer.
