Flaxseed muffin in a mug (egg white only)

Ingredients
1-tsp. butter1-egg white (slightly beaten)1/4-cup ground flaxseed1/2-tsp.cinnamon1/2-tsp. bk. powder1-sugar
Directions
Spray a cup with cooking spray, add butter and melt in microwave for 10-12 seconds. Add egg white and beat slightly, add dry ingredients and mix well. Microwave on high for 60 seconds. (if using a high wattage microwave start at 45 seconds then test for doneness and add a few seconds at a time), allow to set a second or two then remove muffin from cup.
