Primal Beef & Cabbage

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)Butter, salted, 1 tbspTurkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, or lean Ground Beef, 8 ozKosher Salt, 1.5 tspPepper, black, 1 tspPepper, red or cayenne, 1 tspOptional: Shredded carrots
Directions
1. Brown meat (season with salt, pepper, garlic, sage). Set aside.
2. Melt butter in skillet
3. Chop cabbage (like you're making cole slaw).
4. Saute in skillet on medium-high heat (it will cook down).
4. Add carrots if desired
5. Stir and fold cabbage; add salt, pepper, and red pepper while cooking.
6. When cabbage is tender, stir in beef/turkey.
7. Plate and enjoy.
