Ingredients
*Flour, white, 1.5 cup*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .5 cupApple juice, unsweetened, .25 cupApple pulp 1/4 cupHoney, .67 cupBaking Powder, 2 tspSalt, .25 tspCinnamon, ground, .25 tspMilk, nonfat (skim milk), .5 cupegg white, fresh, 2 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Mixture 1: combine 1/2 cup of flour, apple pulp, and apple juice.

Mixture 2: combine 1 cup of lour, whole wheat flour, baking powder, honey, salt, cinnamon, and egg whites.

Combine the two mixtures until moistened. Bake at 400 for approximately 25 minutes
