Mission Yellow Corn TortillasCalifornia Grown Brown Rice2% Milk Reduced-fat, Mexican four cheeseEden Organic Kidney BeansSummer Crisp Golden Sweet CornCheese, Philadelphia Reduced Fat Cream CheeseGreen Chiles (Chopped)Old El Paso Mild Green Chile Enchilada SaucePam Olive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.If the chiles are not already chopped, chop into quarter inch pieces . Mix chiles into a bowl with cheese, beans, corn, and cream cheese. Set mixture to side. Heat tortilla in pan with Pam.Dip hot tortilla into green enchilada sauce. Stuff tortilla with the chile, cream cheese, beans, cheese, and corn mixture. Pour extra sauce over tortillas in the pan. Heat for 30 minutes and serve.
