eggs 2Green onions 2Roma Tomato about 1/4 of tomatospinach - 5 leavesRed Pepper 3 stripsCheese - optional
Add butter to pan and let it melt. Pour vegies in first to get them warm and cooking - maybe a minute or 2. Then add 2 scrambled eggs. Can turn it into an omelet if desired also add cheese if desired
