Tuna Salad Nicoise

Ingredients
Green Beans (snap), 120 grams Egg, fresh, 2 small Tuna, Canned in Water, 165 grams Red Ripe Tomatoes, 100 grams Hellmann's , Light Mayonnaise, 1 TbspJuice of a lemon, 2TspRomaine Lettuce (salad), 20 grams
Directions
Boil eggs for 3-4 minutes
boil green beans for 6-9 minutes
peel the eggs, slice and add to a bowl
strain the green beans
chop cherry tomatoes in half
chop lettuce roughly in to medium peices
empty everything in to a bowl and toss together adding the mayo and lemon juice,
drain brine from the Tuna, empty contents on to the salad and toss again.

Serving Size: 2 small to medium size portions for a light and healthy dinner or a filling lunch
