Ingredients
1 1/2 cup green snap beans, cut french styleaprox. 10 shallots peeled and left wholeOpt. 2 - 3 garlic clovesless than 1 cup mushroom, any kind sliced2 plum tomatos1 red bell pepper, roasted peeled and sliced into thin strips1 jalapeno1 Tbsp olive oilsalt, black pepper and cumin to taste.
Directions
pre cook beans.
Steam the vegetable in the olive oil and add the beans and the spices.

Can be served hot or cold.
