Ingredients
2 TBS Chia seeds soaked in 1/2 cup of water1/2 cup Splenda7 TBS egg whites3 Ripe mashed Bananas1 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 cup White flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/2 tsp Baking Powder3 TBS Skim Milk1/2 tsp vanilla extractapprox. 1 TBS Ground Cinnamon
Directions
mix together all wet ingredients, slowly add dry ingredients. once thouroughly mixed together, pour into a parchment lined loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 60 minutes
