1 cucumber, peeled and sliced crosswise Salt to taste 1/2 tablespoon olive oil 1/4 tablespoon red wine vinegar 1 tablespoon chopped scallion
Directions
Toss cucumber, salt, oil and vinegar, and finish off with some green onion for color.
