Baked Swai

Ingredients
4 oz Swai fish fillet, skinless 1 Tbsp any light Ranch dressing1/4 cup pecans chopped finally with electric chopper
Directions
Pat fish fillet dry with paper towel. Brush both sides of fish with the Ranch dressing. Drop in bag with milled pecans and shake to coat.
For ease of clean-up, I like to bake mine on a foil lined shallow pan. lightly sprayed with Pam. Bake at 350 in preheated oven about 15 mins or until fish flakes with fork. Cooking time may vary with your oven.
