Yummy Black Bean Salad

3 cups Black Beans (2 cans)1 cup Tomatoes diced 1 cup Onions finely chopped 1/2 Japaleno chopped - remove seeds1 cup Corn (fresh or frozen)6 tbsp Cilantro choppedDressing2 Limes2 tsp of oil2 tsp of salt1 dash of black pepper
Drain and rinse black beans. Thaw corn (run under cold water and drain). Drain tomatoes, or chop a fresh tomato. Chop onions, cilantro, and jalapeno. Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Squeeze two limes. Add oil to the lime juice. Add salt and pepper, add a little at a time to adjust to your liking. Whisk the liquids and seasonings together, then pour over the beans and veggies!
