White Rice Flour Gravy

Ingredients
4 Tbls. butter or margarine, (I use Country Crock)4 Tbsp. Bob's Mill White Rice FlourSalt and pepper to taste2 cups 1% milk
Directions
Melt butter, reduce heat and whisk in flour, salt and pepper. Keep whisking and add milk. Whisk over low to med. heat until desired consisitency.

Serving Size: Makes 2 cups.
