Curried Apple Salad Wraps - serves 4

Ingredients
This is another "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" compliant recipe....can't take credit for it. :)2 cups diced unpeeled tart apples1 T lemon juice1.5 pounds cooked chicken breast, diced and chilled (4-5 chicken breasts)½ cup chopped celery½ cup nonfat plain yogurt or fat-free mayo½ thinly sliced green onion2 T chopped red onion2 teaspoons curry powder1/3 cup golden raisins4 spinach or whole wheat 8-inch tortillas or wrapsDirections:1. In a large bowl, combine the apples and lemon juice. Add the other remaining ingredients except the tortillas and mix thoroughly.2.
