Creamy healthy chicken soup(low carb,low cal ,Dairy free)

Ingredients
2c chicken stock2 oz firm tofu (or more if you like it creamier)1 med carrot2 med celery stick1 large green onion or 2 small1 egg yolkpepper and salt if you like
Directions
*simmer celery and carrots until tender
*place tofu and chicken stock in a blender until smooth.
*drain carrots and celery, set aside
*heat chicken stock tofu mix
*temper egg yolk with a small ammt. of hot liquid before adding to soup.
*add veggies, green onion, s+p
