Broccoli & Cheese Couscous Dinner

Ingredients
2 Cups Cooked All Natural Whole Wheat Couscous0.5 Package Cut Frozen Broccoli (8 oz)1 Cup Reduced Fat Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese2 Tbs Reduced Fat Sour Cream 2 Gardein Chick'n Scallopini
Directions
Cook Couscous as instructed.
Microwave Broccoli for 2 min. Stir. Microwave another 2-3 minutes.
Mix couscous, Cheese, Broccoli and Sour Cream together. Microwave an additional 30-45 seconds so the cheese is melted.
Cook Chick'n Scallopini as directed.
Serve Chick'n underneath or next to the couscous mixture.
