Ingredients
1 cup uncooked brown rice3/4 cup lentils, rinsed1/2 cup chopped green peppers1 cup sliced or chopped carrots1 medium celery stalk, chopped1 tablespoon curry powder1/2 tablespoon garlic powder1/2 tablespoon cumin2 cups low sodium chicken broth1/2 package frozen spinach, partially thawed and squeezed out
Directions
Combine all ingredients in slow cooker

Cook on low for 6 hours
