Overnight Maple Brown Sugar Crock Pot Oatmeal

Ingredients
Directions
4 cups water1.25 cups steel cut oats1/3 Cup maple syrup1/4 cup brown sugar2T Earth Balance Margarine1 tsp salt1 T cinnamon
Coat inside of a 4-5 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and stir.
Cook for 7-8 hours on low. Stir before serving.
Freezing
Directions:
Place maple syrup in pint freezer bag. Place all remaining ingredients, except water, in gallon freezer bag.
Label and freeze. To serve: Thaw in fridge. Place in slow cooker, add water, and cook for 7-8 hours on low.
Stir before serving.
Serving Size: Makes 5 servings
