Green Smoothie with Plain greek yogurt & cocoa powder

Ingredients
4 cups of water2 cups kale1 T flaxseed (ground)1 T chia seeds1 cup plain Greek Yogurt1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)1 medium banana2 T cocoa powder (unsweetened)
Directions
Put water in blender...blend in kale then add flaxseeds, chia seeds, yogurt, berries, banana and cocoa. Blend or liquefy til smooth. Ice cubes may be added too.

Serving Size: 2-16 oz servings or 4 - 8 oz servings
