Ingredients
6 Cup Cabbage, Shredded2 Each Carrots, Shredded2 Each Apples Granny Smith, Julienned1 Cup Onion Red, Julienned½ Cup Cilantro, MincedDressing 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard1 Tsp Splenda ½ Tsp Cayenne 1 Tsp Cumin Ground1 Cup Grapefruit Juice, preferably fresh Ruby Red¼ Cup Oil Canola Salt & Pepper
Directions
Whisk together Dressing ingredients. Mix Vegetables/ fruit well. Toss with dressing. Chill 1 hour. Toss again.
