HCG Apple Coleslaw with Orange Vinaigrette

1 C. finely shredded green cabbage1 Gala apple, julienne2 Tablespoons of orange juice, freshly squeezed1 Tablespoon of apple cider vinegar1-2 Packets of no calorie sweetenersalt & pepper to taste
1. Combine the orange juice, vinegar and sweetener in a bowl. Stir until the sweetener has dissolved.
2. Place the cabbage and apples into the bowl, and stirr the mixture. Add salt and pepper.
3. Let the slaw sit for about 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
Serving Size: Makes 1.5 serving
