Carrot paratha

Ingredients
CarrotsChapati flour 2 cupSalt 1tspWater .5cup
Directions
Blend carrots and water in a blender to a smooth purée. Transfer to a bowl and add salt and flour. Knead to a soft dough. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
Now roll like parathas and shallow fry on a skillet with very little oil.
