Zucchini & Spinach Patties

Ingredients
75 g quinoa flour150 g potato or 2 small potatoes2 zucchinis50 g spinach75 g onion5 green chilispaprikagarlic powder or garlic to tastesaltcoriander powder
Directions
grate zucchini and boil & mash potatoes. combine all ingredients in a bowl & make patties. Form patties by hand. Use cooking spray to cook on low-medium heat in a non stick pan.
