Crispy Baked Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 12 Skinless ThighsTabasco Sauce, 36 tsp (3 per thigh)Fiber One Cereal, 3 cupsBread crumbs, dry, grated, seasoned, .5 cup Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (Olive Oil Cooking Spray works Best)Pepper, black, 2 tbsp **Cajun Seasoning for extra heat 2 tbsp**
Directions
Make sure any skin or fat remnants are trimmed off of the chicken thighs. Put thighs in a bowl with the Tabasco rotate them around to make sure they are completely coated. Set aside. Then in a deep bowl Crumble the fiber one cereal add in the bread crumbs, black pepper & Cajun seasoning. Mix all dry ingredients well. Foil line a baking sheet then spray with Olive Oil Cooking Spray. One at a time remove the thighs from the Tabasco & put in dry mixture, coat each piece well & place on the baking sheet. After all 12 pieces are coated well & on Baking sheet spray the top with a light coat of the Olive Oil Cooking Spray. Bake at 400 for 40-45 minutes.
