Annette's Chinese pork with brown rice

Ingredients
1 pkg .89lbs pork loin boneless thin chops1/4 cup frozen corn1/2 cup chopped red cabbage18 snap peas1 small onion sliced1/4 green pepper chopped1/4 red pepper chopped1/4 orange pepper chopped2 tbsp olive oilbrown minute rice 2 cups2.5 cups of water
Directions
Cook rice & water as directed.

In fry pan, heat olive oil & all chopped veggies on medium. Add garlic powder
While veggies cook, cut up pork chops into bite size chunks.
When veggies are almost to desired consistency, add pork & cook thoroughly, stirring occasionally.

Serve pork & veggies over the rice
