Spinach Feta Crescents

Ingredients
2 tubes Pillsbury (or whatever brand) crescent rolls, 8 ct4 oz crumbled feta cheese4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese3 oz fresh baby spinach (about half of a pre-washed bag), chopped2 oz black olives, finely diced (*this ingredient is optional)1 egg white, beaten1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakesdash salt and pepper
Directions
Mix Spinach, Feta, Mozzarella, Black Olives, pepper flakes, salt and pepper together. Set aside.
Separate the crescent rolls. Put a spoonful of spinach mixture on each crescent and roll up - starting at the wide end. Brush lightly with egg white. Bake at 350 for 10 - 15 minutes.
