Vegetable Beef Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef1 Tbls Worcestershire1/4 tsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Onion Powder2-3 Bay Leaves1 Tbls Salt1 Tbls Sugar1 tsp Paprika1/2 tsp PepperDash (or 5) All Spice2 tsp Beef Bouillon Granuals5 Potatoes1 cup Carrots (slices)1 cup Corn1 cup Peas6 2/3 cups Water6 Tbls Flour
Directions
Brown Ground Beef. In crock pot, add 6 cups of water, (save the other 2/3 for later) and everything on the ingredient list down to the potatoes. Add ground beef to crock pot as well. Cook in crock pot on high for 1 1/2 hours. Fish out Bay leaves. Peel and dice potatoes, add to the crock pot. Add carrot slices to crock pot too. Cook for 1 hour. Add peas and corn (I use frozen) and cook for 1 more hour or however long until you are ready to serve. In a separate container mix the 2/3 cup of water and 6 Tbls of flour (put in a container with a lid and shake well). Gradually stir in flour/water mixture to stew to thicken. Add as much to desired thickness!

Makes 12, 1 cup servings! Only 4 WW points per serving!
