Ingredients
8 oz 1/3 fat Philadelphia Cream Cheese1 cup powdered sugar1 tsp vanilla extractCan exchange for non-fat, but I prefer the flavor of the low fat.
Directions
Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.

Serving Size: This recipe frosts 2 (9-inch) round cake layers, 2 dozen cupcakes, 1 bundt cake, or a 9x13 inch cake.
