Polish Pickle Soup

Ingredients
64 oz. reduced sodium chicken broth 5 med. potatoes cut1/2 stick of butter 1 med. onion finely chopped 2 carrots diced1/2 tsp. salt pepper to tastedill pickles chopped 1 cup reduced fat sour creamdill pickle juice1 bay leaf 2 tsp. minced garlic 1/4 cup flour
Directions
Boil cut potatoes in broth until soft.. Finely chop onion, carrots, & pickles. Saute onions, carrots, pickles and garlic in butter. Put mixture into broth. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and pickle juice. Taste and add more juice if necessary....the soup should be pleasantly sour. Mix sour cream and flour and slowly add. Cook until slightly thick. Add as much sour cream as you like. I also use a lot of dill
