Bread Machine Flax Seed Bread (1.5# loaf)

13-16 oz warm or potato water1 T butter3 T honey2 T Kosher salt1 1/3 C unbleached all purposed flour1 1/3 C white whole wheat flour1/2 C oat bran1/4 C ground flax seed meal2 T golden flax seed meal1 T vital wheat gluten1 T Psyllium husk powder2 tsp bread machine yeast
1. Add ingredients to bread machine in order.
2. Select dough setting.
3. On tone, remove to lightly floured surface, flour hands and knead 10 - 30 times - form loaf - place in greased pan - spray top of loaf with oil - cover with plastic - let rise 30-60 min in warm place.
4. Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
5. Remove from oven to wire rack.
6. Cool in pan for 10 min. - turn loaf out on wire rack - cool completely - store in air tight container.
Serving Size: 1 - 4" x 9" loaf - 14 servings
